The driver of a U-Haul truck that plowed into a crowd tailgating at Saturday’s Harvard-Yale game killing a Massachusetts woman says the vehicle malfunctioned. The tragedy could lead to changes at Gillette Stadium when UMass starts playing there next season, the Boston Herald reported.
